FIELD: radio electronic engineering. SUBSTANCE: connector has male connector (printed-circuit board) and female connector in the form of plastic shroud with variable-section slot to pass male member on one side and space with locking lugs on other side. Space accommodates flexible printed-circuit cable with printed contacts which is held in position by means of flexible insert. Metal spring is fitted between flexible insert and female member shroud wall. Reliable electrical connection between connector and printed-circuit board is ensured due to action of metal spring exerting pressure on contacts and due to insert affording uniform pressure on contacts and equalizing pressure from metal spring.
