FIELD: cleaning an air from dust and waste gases. SUBSTANCE: baffle plates are provided having the form of disks 9 arranged in parallel relation to vertical partitions 4. Disks 9 are fixed on the shaft 7 which has its ends mounted in supports of revolutions 4. Pipelines 11 with nozzles 12 are fixed on partitions, the nozzles being rotated relative to each other through an angle of 180 degrees and positioned in gap 13. The window of the baffle plates has the form of radial apertures 10 in the central part of the disks. Slots 14 communicating a housing interior with bin 15 are disposed beneath the spacing 13 defined by the vertical partitions and disks.
