FIELD: joining of two parts by method of expansion. SUBSTANCE: device includes tool unit made up as lever 6 carrying tool 16 and attached to the body through shackle 10 by means of hinged joint; and toggle 11. Toggle axle 12 is secured on rod of actuating cylinder 14. Base screw 17 is screwed into the stem of lever 6 and interacts with rod of cylinder 13. The lever stem is connected to the said rod by means of tension spring 18. By force of tension spring lever 6 is continuously pressed against the roller 19 which limits the lever swing. Base screw 17 and roller 19 are made adjustable to ensure the possibility of tool initial position change (relative the part being joined and the tool trajectory).
