FIELD: sheet part joining. SUBSTANCE: seat for placing part, assembly for clamping part and tool unit with rolling-in tool are mounted in housing of apparatus. Tool unit is mounted with possibility of lengthwise motion and rotation around axle and it is provided with drive mechanism and rotation limiters. One rotation limiter is in the form of roller secured to housing and engaging with tool unit. Surface of tool unit engaging with roller has rotary portion provided with means for regulating and fixing rotation angle. Rotary portion may be surface of rotary member jointly mounted in tool unit. In such design means for regulating and fixing rotation angle are in the form of fixing screws. EFFECT: possibility of controlling motion path of working portion of rolling-in tool at first stage of rolling-in process. 2 cl, 7 dwg
