FIELD: metal rolling. SUBSTANCE: device for moving rolled product cutting has housing mounted on frame 1. Shafts 6 and 7 with drums 8, which bear kinematically interconnecting knives 9, are mounted parallel one to another in the housing. Two reciprocally perpendicular shafts are mounted in the housing and are kinematically connected with shafts 6 and 7 of drums 8. Interacting bevel gears are secured on the reciprocally perpendicular shafts. Half couplings are mounted on the shaft ends to be connected alternately to the drive. The housing is provided with lugs hinged to the plates 2 and 3; the frame has two reciprocally perpendicular bearing platforms designed to fix the housing, and swivel drive hinged to the housing. A trough consisting of two plates is provided to ensure effective collection of cuttings. One of the said plates is hinged to the housing 5, the other is rigidly fixed to the frame.
