FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: cutting device has bed with fixed knife. Movable knife is mounted on slide and coupled with adjustable positional drive. Slide is formed as beam and is coupled with positional drive through additional eccentric shaft. Adjustable drive of movable knife is formed as housing incorporating toothed wheel and gear, which are kinematically coupled one with the other. Housing is mounted on frame by bearing unit for rotation about gear axis for an angle less than or equal to 150 deg. Main eccentric shaft is mounted for rotation in beam. Eccentric sleeves are mounted on journals of this shaft. Eccentric sleeves are coupled to gear of movable knife drive through shaft-gear and gear coupling. main eccentric shaft is coupled with toothed wheel through cardan shaft.
