SUBSTANCE: outrigger has beam 1 with foot connected with machine frame, hydraulic cylinder 5 connected by one end with beam 1 and by other end with frame of machine 2, and hydraulic pump 15, hydraulic tank 14 and hydraulic control valve 16 hydraulically coupled with hydraulic cylinder 5. Outrigger has also three-lie two-position hydraulic control valve 6, and check valves 26 and 27. Hydraulic control valve 16 is six-line four-position unit.
