Abstract RU 2006450 C1

FIELD: handling engineering. SUBSTANCE: crane-pipe layer has base machine 1 with frame 2, boom 3 pivotally mounted by one end on frame 2 and made with pulley 4 on its free end, support 5 mounted on base machine 1, hydraulic cylinder 6 for tilting boom 3 located on support 5 and connected to boom 3. The crane-pipe layer also has winch 7 with cargo cable 8 reeved through pulley 4 of boom 3, lifting lever 9 which one end is pivotally mounted on base machine 1 on the side opposite to boom 3 and made with pulley 10 on the other end for its lift, bulldozer blade 11, guide 12 longitudinally positioned under boom 3 rigidly connected to it and made with pulleys 13 and 14 on the ends. Moreover, the crane-pipe layer has additional frame 15 with rollers 16 mounted on guide 12 for displacement of frame 15 along the guide, pipe 17 fixed to bulldozer blade 11 and made with bypass pulley 18 on its end, bearing post 19 located on support 5 and made with pulley 20 on its free end, additional bearing post 21 mounted on base machine 1 on the side opposite to boom 3 and made with pulley 22 on its upper end. The crane- pipe layer also has drawing off cable 23 fastened by one end on additional frame 15 on the side of base machine 1 and passed through pulley 14 of the end of guide 12 on the side of machine 1, pulley 20 of bearing post 19 and reeved by the other end through pulley 22 of additional bearing post 21 and pulley 10 of lifting lever 9 to form pulley block 24. Bulldozer blade 11 is fixed to additional frame 15, and cargo cable 8 is reeved through pulley 13 of the end of guide 12 opposite to machine 1 and pulley 18 of pipe 17 and passed through pipe 17 and fastened to additional frame 15 on the side opposite to machine 1. Lifting lever 9 may have counterweight 25 and also a counterweight lifting-lowering drive. EFFECT: reduced wear of running part, improved service life, reduced fuels and lubricants consumption. 4 dwg
