FIELD: transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: vehicle has tractor frame with longitudinal sidemembers, lifting-and-towing mechanism with main load-lifting boom mounted for turning by one hydraulic cylinder in longitudinal vertical plane, crossmember with beds for fastening damaged automobile hinge secured on free end of main load-lifting boom for turning in horizontal plane, additional load-lifting boom provided with sheaves made telescopic and installed for turning in longitudinal vertical plane by other hydraulic cylinder. Vehicle has also winch with hook secured on end of winch wire rope. Rods of above indicated hydraulic cylinders are hinge-connected to above indicated booms. Lifting-and-towing mechanism is secured on detachable upper frame with telescopic supports. Shoes are secured on rear portion of upper frame above sidemembers. Socket is formed by upper plate and lower plate with chute arranged between shoes secured at angle relative to each other. Chute is installed for engagement with lower surfaces of sidemembers. Shoes are installed for engagement through lower surfaces with upper surface of rear portion of tractor frame. Screws are installed in lower portion of shoes for displacement and engagement with nuts secured on crossmember the latter being fastened on rear portion of tractor frame. Support plate with pivot is fastened to lower surface of upper frame in its front portion. Pivot is made for engagement and fixing by lock of fifth wheel coupler mounted on tractor frame whose turn table is made for slipping along above indicated plate. Tractor frame is installed for engagement through its rear portion with above indicated socket being arranged in socket and engagement with upper frame through load-bearing joints.
