FIELD: ozone production. SUBSTANCE: gaseous-discharge slit reactor is intended for treatment of gas flow with electric discharge for commercial production of ozone. It is assembled into one unit from singular modules composed of self-contained elements: discharge chambers, gas cooling chambers and collector. Gas cooling chambers are brought out of zones of discharge chambers and are provided with individual means for supply of cooling agent. Reactor can be provided with absorbents, for instance, alumina gel or silicon gel, for preservation of ozone which are placed into gas cooling chambers. Gas cooling chambers can be fitted with windows located in plane of slits of reactor to ensure visual inspection over process of electric discharge in chambers.
