FIELD: steam boilers. SUBSTANCE: fuel is supplied to burners 3 over pipings 5 and mixture of air and circulating gases, over air conduits 6; rich fuel-air mixture is formed and swirled in burner swirler, then passed to furnace in bumpy flows. Mixture of air and circulating gases is supplied to burners 4 and passed to furnace also in bumpy flows. Flows of rich mixture and air-fly-gas mixture are fed in alternating opposing pairs, their number being 0.25 to 0.33 of total number of flows. All burners of lower stage pass rich mixture and air required for burning is mixed with circulating gases and supplied uniformly through all burners 3 and 4 in all stages in bumpy flows at similar degree of swirling.
