FIELD: thermal power engineering. SUBSTANCE: radiator made in the form of medium flow splitter 5 enclosed in shell 4 is longitudinally positioned in case 1. Shell 4 is removable, as a result the device may be used for fluid heat treating by replacing transparent shell 4 for a lightproof one, the fluid is fed between case 1 and shell 4. Chambers of case 1 are made hollow with axial through holes in which ends of shell 4 are positioned. Flexible chambers 9 are positioned in planes of covers 6 embracing shell 4. The device is sealed when chambers 9 are air-pumped. EFFECT: improved structure. 3 cl, 1 dwg
