FIELD: automation and computer engineering. SUBSTANCE: the goal of invention is accomplished by use of frequency commutation of pulse trains during generation of output pulse train and by introducing of negative feedback circuit for performing division operation. This results in representation of output pulse train as characteristic of proper fraction both numerator and denominator of which have argument value. On the contrast, differential pulse train is represented as characteristic of proper fraction having argument value in denominator only, while linear conversion is preserved. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities by non-linear conversion code to frequency. 4 dwg
