FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: device for precision movement has electromagnetic hold elements connected with drives and power supply source. Drives are manufactured in the form of multiple start springs of magnetostrictive material. Control windings are coiled over turns of springs. Springs are electrically connected into delta which is broken and is linked to power supply source with point of break. Hold elements are fabricated in the form of attached electromagnets lying on surface produced from ferromagnetic material. Hold elements are coupled to drives forming sides of equilateral triangle with the help of flat joints. EFFECT: increased accuracy of movement. 4 dwg
