FIELD: communication equipment. SUBSTANCE: increased accuracy of determination of parameters of nonlinear asymmetric grounded circuits is achieved thanks to allowance for nonlinearity of parameters of underground structure and change of resistivity of ground. For these purposes current and potential are measured in point of connection of signal generator to measured circuit of cable at different distances. On the basis of obtained data there are determined, contact resistance, resistivity of round, dependence between them, propagation factor of electromagnetic wave in the ground, coupling coefficient, propagation factor of nonlinear asymmetric grounded circuit and value of wave impedance of same circuit. All these data characterize parameters of nonlinear asymmetric grounded circuits. EFFECT: increased accuracy of determination of parameters.
