FIELD: fishing. SUBSTANCE: trawl has a net bag with all its parts and an acoustic radiator. The radiator has exciting instruments positioned in a carrier, and a narrow-band converter mounted on the conical nose part of the carrier. The carrier has blades and is pivotally mounted to the end of the skein part of the net bag by a tow device to set it into rotation around the longitudinal axis due to incident flow while towing. The angle of the conical part of the carrier and the length of the tow device are selected considering geometrical configurations of the net bag to provide embracing of the perimeter of the mouth part of the net bag by the zone of acoustic influence formed by rotating hollow body of the acoustic radiator. This zone is the continuation of the mouth part of the net trawl. EFFECT: improved capacity. 2 dwg
