FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: vacuum vibromixer for foodstuffs has a working chamber provided with a paddle mixer and sealed cover with a branch-pipe for communicating with a vacuum system, the working chamber being mounted on shock absorbers. The chamber bottom is concave and made of a microgrid mounted on plate-type rods and is provided with ribs from outside. The vibromixer furthermore has a vibration exciter made in the form of a hollow cylinder with plugged end-faces and located under the bottom. The cylinder communicates with an inert gas bulb through a pipe line, the cylinder side surface facing the working chamber bottom is perforated. The tapered perforated openings are equidistantly spaced from each other along the circumference and length. The cylinder communicates with the working chamber such that the openings are located opposite to the bottom ribs. The mixer blades can be fabricated of ferromagnetic material.
