FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: wastes are loaded into hopper 1, and the space in the chamber between its piston and slide valve is closed tight. Air is supplied through the valve at a pressure of 0.4-1.0 MPa for 1-5 min, then rarefaction of 0.01-0.03 MPa is maintained for 1-6 min. Through a system of pipelines the inner space of the chamber is open to a receiver, compressor, and an ejecting nozzle. A cylindrical branch pipe is attached to the slide valve. A rotating gate is provided in the pipe. The gate is a flat grid with pointed ends to chop the manure. The latter is forced by the piston through the gate. Holes of the grid are outlets for discharge of manure into a manure storage pit. EFFECT: efficient disinfestation of manure; efficient production of soluble methane an ammonia. 2 cl, 4 dwg
