FIELD: medical technique. SUBSTANCE: artificial valve of a heart has a body, in which a locking member with guiding pieces on its outer surface is arranged. The locking member also has a mounting part and a convex tail part with cross section, being lowered from the mounting part. Limiters of a working stroke of the locking member are placed on the body of the valve. A radius of a base of the tail part is equal to a radius of the spherical mounting part; a center of mass of the locking member is displaced to the side of the body. The locking member is provided by guiding portion in the form of concave cone with rounded top. The convex tail part is in the form of paraboloid of revolution. The guiding pieces are in the form of grooves, inclined relative to a lengthwise axis of the locking member and being in quantity, equal to a number of the stroke limiters.
