FIELD: obstetrics. SUBSTANCE: oxytocine is injected intravenous by drops. Cocarboxylase, lipoic acid and 20% calcium pantotenate ar injected with the help of 40% glucose solution, 15 ml of its solution is used for each of these preparations. Quantities of mentioned above preparations are 0.1, 4 and 2 ml respectively. All these preparations are injected intravenous. Additionally intramuscular injection of 1% riboflavin-mononucleotide is carried out. EFFECT: accelerates finishing of 11 labor period, decreases frequency of operative delivery, prevents complications at newborns. 1 dwg
