SUBSTANCE: blood cortisole is determined in woman at 37^th - 38^th gestational week. If the level doesn't exceed 285 nmol/L, the endonasal red laser with wave 890 nm is applied for 10 min. Then, the binocular controlled colour-rhythmic eye stimulation is performed for 5 min with flashes of blue colour, λ= 435.8 nm, duration 10 sec and interflash interval 60 sec, daily with course of 5-10 days before delivery.

EFFECT: method activates specific neurosecretory hypothalamus cells and positively influences on intensity of cervical dilatation.
