FIELD: medical equipment. SUBSTANCE: side surface of proximal section of light guide 5 is used as input surface of light source 1. Light guide 5 is disposed inside light-collecting housing. Luminescing adding placed in the core of proximal section of light guide re-radiate radiation incident to side surface, that radiation is completely trapped into internal reflection. Light-collecting housing 6 is chosen in form of a sphere or a cylinder with M-shaped longitudinal section. EFFECT: improved efficiency of treatment. 4 cl, 3 dwg
