FIELD: textile engineering. SUBSTANCE: each bunker with a templet are made integral in one structural member - a cartridge. The cartridges are charged with nap of a certain color and are mounted for alternate replacement in one and the same point. The nap is located on the bottom of the cartridge which is one of electrodes of a flocator connected to a high-pressure source. The templet is fastened to the cartridge cover, the cover is made detachable. The templet is made netted or with cuts of the drawing shape, dielectric or conductive and is connected (disconnected) to the second pole of the voltage source. Bosses calibrated through the height are mounted on the upper part of the templet. A table is mounted on a plate with a floating suspension. The plate is hinged. A glue-applying device has an articulated joint. EFFECT: improved efficiency. 7 cl, 2 dwg
