FIELD: powder metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of placing capsules in a vacuum chamber, the capsules having wall thickness, equal to 6 mm, and charging branch pipes, having opening with diameter, equal to 40 mm; with use of plug, having thickness, consisting 1,1- 2,5 of the capsule wall thickness and a diameter, providing a gap with a diameter, consisting 0,01-0,03 of the plug diameter; heating the capsules up to 400 C at vacuum 1×10-4 mm Hg; filling them by powder of nickel alloy with use of vibration compaction; setting the plugs into the holes and sealing the capsule by melting butt edges of the branch pipe and the plug by a depth, consisting 0,7-0,9 of the plug thickness. Such parameters were provided by electron beam welding. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of sealing at hot isostatic extrusion and in the result yielding, increased by 15-20% . 1 cl, 1 tbl
