FIELD: transport vehicle technique. SUBSTANCE: guiding sleeve has a through opening, in which a rod 4 of the head rest is arranged. The through opening has an enlarged portion 6 in its upper part for placing a locking device, having a lever in the form of bent rod, jointly connected with the sleeve, and flexible locking member in the form of a brace, whose one end engages a lateral wall of the enlarged portion of the above mentioned opening and whose other end engages a free end of the lever. The sleeve is provided by protrusions 13, arranged in its upper part, for securing an upholstery of a back of the seat. EFFECT: enhanced structure of the sleeve. 2 cl, 2 dwg
