FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: anchor is provided with a head made at least of three cylinders 1 with aligned holes 2. Cylinders 1 are fastened at the center by bolt 5, and holes 2 of the even cylinders are made with a unilateral shift relative to the holes of the odd cylinders by a value equal to 0.5 diameter of these holes. All holes 2 are enlarged by the value of the chamfer not exceeding the value of the relative shift of cylinders 1. Each wire 3 of the bundle is passed through the shifted holes with a bending.
