FIELD: engine engineering. SUBSTANCE: ribbed spacer 4 is interposed between insert 2 and bellows 3 within a case of piston 1. The spacer is tightly pressed to bellows 3 by its flat surface and ribs 4 face insert 2 provided with a collar made over periphery of the insert. The collar encloses ribs of the spacer and is provided with axial passage 17 for supplying lubricant. Ribs 4 are shortened in zone of passage 17 for positioning a plate which overlaps passage 17. Sliding rings 12 is secured to the side surface of insert 2. EFFECT: improved design. 3 cl, 1 dwg
