FIELD: engine engineering. SUBSTANCE: heater has supply and discharge connecting pipes 1,2 coupled with bases of plastic cylindric case 3. Conducting bushing 6 is secured to case 3 with screw 7 provided with shaped washer 8. Dielectric bushing 9 is set within case 3 between connecting pipe 1 and conducting bushing 6. Conducting member is made of carbon threads 10 coupled with connecting pipe 2 and conducting bushing 6 by carbon threads 11,12. Positioner 13 is set in fuel filter through which one of poles of a source is coupled to shaped washer 8. EFFECT: improved design. 3 cl, 1 dwg
