FIELD: mechanical engineering; diesel engines.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device contains radiator, flange, posistors, cover, contact, studs with nuts, bushing, filter gauze and wire. Radiator with heating elements (posistors) is arranged in lower part of heater and is made in form of disk in center of which at one side oval cavity is made for accommodating two posistors and bead over edge of disk. Round cavity made from other side of radiator in its center is designed for mounting bushing. Step over disk contour is used to fasten filter gauze. Flange in made in form of disk with threaded branch pipe from one side in center of disk. In center of flange from other side round cavity is made of install bushing and step over disk contour to fasten filter gauze. Through hole in center of flange is designed for fitting pipe of fuel intake. Filter gauze is secured on steps between flange and radiator in direct contact with radiator for more effective heating of gauze. Bushing to prevent crumpling of filter gauze is fitted in cavities of flange and radiator. Posistors are pressed to radiator by contact to which wire is soldered. Cover made of electric-and heat-insulating material covers posistors with contact in lowermost part of heater. All parts of heater are interconnected by nuts and two studs passing through holes in flange, radiator and cover.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of fuel heating and manufacturability.
