FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: wicket gate is disposed in casing with inlet and outlet pipe unions. Worm wheel of worm-gear reduction unit is installed on said gate. Working spaces of control cylinder are in communication with piston or with inlet or outlet pipe unions, or with remote control line. Piston is secured on reciprocating worm of reduction unit. End of worm is made as a rod protruding out of the cylinder to provide for manual control of worm rotation. Cylinder accommodates return spring which keeps worm in axial position in absence of pressure in cylinder. EFFECT: improved design. 2 dwg
