FIELD: valving. SUBSTANCE: one shut-off disk provided with mutually fitted in faces and passing openings is fixed in relation to a case and other one is mounted for rotation together with a rotating race. The case is made of two parts interconnected with fastening members. Faces of the case parts which face each other are provided with bores provided with the rotating race. The race is provided with fixed shut-off disk and projection coupled with a drive and interposed between adjacent stud-bolts for arresting angle of rotation of the race from fully closed position to fully open position of the disks. A relief groove and passage which couples the groove with space located upstream of the gate are provided on the rotation disk. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 3 dwg
