FIELD: treatment of diseases of internal organs. SUBSTANCE: device comprises supply source, electric generator connected with radiator of acoustic vibrations which contacts with patient's body. Radiator is a piezoelectric element which bends on being energized with electric voltage. Piezoelectric element can be connected with membrane whose edges are attached to supporting plate. The latter may be constituted by a wall of the box containing the supply source and electric generator.
