SUBSTANCE: catheter is introduced into posterior urethral department at the level where excretory ducts of prostata and spermatic ducts re opened to conduct an active drawing off the stagnant secretion in prostatic glandular lobules. Device has a source of vacuum, electrostimulator with connected catheter supplied with current-conducting head which has several openings connected with internal catheter cavity.
