The hammers have two working surfaces "A" and "Б", an oval-shaped mounting hole with a longitudinal axis located at an angle α to the axis of symmetry of the hammer. At the moment the hammer strikes angle b is formed between mounting axle O, a "solid body" and the cutting surface "A", due to this angle the impact force is resolved into components, and the hammer surmounting the centrifugal force is displaced to position . As soon as the hammer tip passes the "solid body", the hammer is again subjected only to the centrifugal force. Under the action of rotor rotation and the centrifugal forces the hammer strikes a large body by the cutting surface "Б" (position c). The hammer impact on the "solid body" is sliding through surface A and additional through surface "Б". The impact load is abruptly reduced and saves the hammer from destruction. The mounting axle of the hammer is also unloaded from acting centrifugal forces. EFFECT: improved operational characteristics and reliability. 3 dwg
