FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machinery and is intended for preparation of long feed. Proposed device comprises housing accommodating perforated driven conical drum with its larger base up, feeder and magnetic separator. It is equipped with vertical hammer crusher fitted on shaft shared with said perforated drum and provided with twenty hinged hammers arranged along helix and having variable length commensurate to crusher taper housing generatrix that allows for 10-12 mm gap with housing. The last bottom hammer represents a one-side curved arrow to discharge crushed mass from crusher housing into perforated drum.

EFFECT: higher quality of grinding.
