Member 6 is inserted into one bush 5, and nut 7 with a jig thread is located in the other bush. The nut positioning in plate 1 is set by setting mandrel 8 with a jig thread in the middle part, the member of an indicator of the beginning of the thread start, and a preliminary made thread on the edge equal to the tap thread. These threads are of one and the same pitch and are made as a continuation of one helix. Nut 7 is fixed in plate 1 by clamp 13 for stepless rotation around axle 14. The thread in holes of part 2 is cut by a broach-tap inserted into oriented nut 7. The tab thread and the jig thread on the broach-tap are made as a continuation of one helix.
