SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of charging diamond-free metallic powder for making a body of the tool, containing (mass % ): titanium 75-85, copper 12-20, tin 3-5, metallic binder, including (mass % ): titanium 65-80, titanium hydride 5-10, copper 12-20, tin 3-5, cold pressing of these layers and their subsequent agglomeration in a vacuum furnace at 850-900 C.
