FIELD: instrumentation engineering. SUBSTANCE: diamond extrusion is pressed from the mass components. The obtained extrusion is pressed from the mass components. The obtained extrusion is sintered in a free state in the oxidizingless medium. For this purpose the extrusion is placed into the charge of the container with the smeltable bolt of the compound, wt. boric anhydride 20-40 and sodium potassium barium soda-lime glass with the softening temperature 500-570 C. In order to create the oxidizingless medium, the paraffin is taken in the container and is placed on the container bottom, the titanium and titanium hydride are placed by introducing into the inert charge and the fluorine sodium is inserted into the pressing. EFFECT: reduced energy capacity of the process, enhanced quality of making diamond tools on the metallic binder. 1 tbl
