FIELD: manufacture of abrasive tools. SUBSTANCE: for manufacture of tools there is used mixture of diamond and abrasive powders. Tools are fabricated in compliance with known electroplating technology. Non-diamond powder with density 1.1-1.7 times higher than that of diamond powder and graininess smaller by a factor of 1.24-1.5 times than that of diamond powder is taken as abrasive powder. Abrasive powder is subjected to additional sieve classifying in accordance with sizing of diamond powder. For preparation of mixture diamond powder is taken in the amount 1.1-1.4 times exceeding preset concentration of diamond tool. EFFECT: increased efficiency of diamond tools manufactured by this process. 1 tbl
