FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has a double-arm lever with a pressure roller mounted on it, the roller is located opposite to the last drive roller, and a cutting knife. A trace in the form of two tube parts - inlet and outlet located on opposite sides of the pressure roller is fastened to the body. A material clamping mechanism is made in the form of a spring-loaded rod positioned on the double-arm lever opposite to the pressure roller. The drive roller is made in the form of a disk, on which opposite ends an adjustable templet for moving the double-arm lever and a single-arm lever drive cam are mounted. The cutting knife is mounted on the end of the single-arm lever at the outlet of the second part of the trace. A port through which the clamping mechanism rod engages with the material is made in the first part of the trace.
