FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of billets from molded polymer materials by their cutting in transverse direction and can be used for production of billets, bars, skirting boards, boxes and cords. Device for cutting elastic billets of tubular or bar material into billets comprises housing, drive, shaft with flywheel made in the form of a disk, on the end of which at least one knife is fixed, which is made in form of solid strip, cutting edge of which is perpendicular to flywheel rotation axis, feed device is equipped with front and rear lugs and located between them by two feeding rollers with grooves, surface of which is made smooth or with notches. In both laces there is at least one coaxial to each other guiding hole, wherein the edge of the rear face holes facing the flywheel knife is made as a cutting edge, along the edge of which the knife moves with a small gap, and the feeding rollers are kinematically connected to each other and are connected to the drive. Additionally, the flywheel comprises at least one more disk rigidly fixed on the shaft. At least one knife is fixed on rims of at least two discs of flywheel so that its cutting edge is parallel to axis of rotation of flywheel. All guide holes of the rear face are located between two extreme disks of the flywheel along its axis of rotation.

EFFECT: as a result, increase in the number of simultaneously supplied to cutting tubular or rod polymer materials and expansion of technological capabilities on lengthwise dimensions of cut measured lengths of elastic tubular or bar materials, increased uniformity and quality of the cut surface on the measured billets due to the same cutting conditions for all the tubular and rod polymer materials supplied for cutting.
