FIELD: chemical and radiation objects protection. SUBSTANCE: a barrage balloon system for catching falling down from space and air flying objects, is used for protection of ground important or potentially dangerous chemical, radiation and other type objects, excluding their and falling objects destruction. The apparatus has catching net 4, fixed to balloons 1 by pulling strength sensors 6, that have broken electrical contacts and locks 3, fixed on guy-ropes 2; balloons or at least one of them have transportation engines 8. Balloon-borne source of power 7 through the sensors broken contacts is connected to opening locks wires and to starting balloons engines system. In series connected members of current-conducting net 4, broken contacts of pulling strength sensors 6 and guy-ropes 2 make the balloon-borne electric circuit.
