FIELD: safety.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems for protection of facilities from unauthorised access, based on use of electrical power. Device comprises electrically charged conductive elements connected to the power supply through blocks of pulsed high-voltage power supply, equipped with a converter of electrical energy, modules of local selection of electric energy, consistently included in gaps a single-line transmission of electrical energy, transmitting and receiving transformers, high-potential and low-potential terminals which are connected by a single-wire line transmission of electrical energy.
EFFECT: technical result is powering entire protected period with current of one value, avoiding influence of short-circuit at separate areas on performance of entire barrier, possibility of laying a transmission line above or below soil surface.
