FIELD: chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: wet-process phosphoric acid is evaporated in apparatus with foamy layer by direct contact with heat carrier. Superheated steam is used as a heat carrier, which is fed to the zone of concentrator contact at the rate 11-16 m/s; temperature of exhaust steam from concentrator is 105-120 C due to regulation of ratio acid: heat carrier. Spent steam is purified from fluoride compounds by dry procedure on the solid adsorbents and fed at the stage of concentration. Thus, phosphoric acid containing 65% P2O5 and 0.01-0.03% F is obtained. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and improved ecology of process. 2 cl, 2 tbl
