FIELD: inorganic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: raw chalk is coarse ground. Then its magnetic separation, wet preparing simultaneously with adding disperser (its quantity being 0.02-0.09 % of chalk mass) are carried out. Tripolyphosphate or its mixture with sodium bicarbonate at mass ratio 1: 9 are used as disperser. Particles having size more than 5 mm are separated of thus prepared suspension. The process takes place with the help of vibrating screen and vibrating crash. Then fine grinding in jet disintegrator, enrichment in hydrocyclone, secondary fine grinding, washing suspension by water, control screening and drying by spraying are carried out. Suspension being collected in intervals between stages followed by fine grinding. Drying time decrease from 45.6-52.4 min. EFFECT: improves efficiency of the method. 2 cl
