FIELD: inorganic materials. SUBSTANCE: parental raw as natural chalk of different granulometric composition is ground by static loading followed by screening for some stages, and industrial products as large-, mean- and small-piece fractions were removed; remained part is disturbed and stirred by vibration for three stages in series of mounted capacities. At the first stage upper and bottom polluting impurities were poured off; at the second stage precipitating agent is added to suspension (0.09-0.11% of chalk mass) which represents 1% solution of tartaric acid; at the third stage after removing crystalline part the sediment is fed for press-filtration. Except for, sediment obtained after polluting impurities pouring off rough-crystalline and crystalline parts of suspension were mixed with binder which represents the dust from electrofilters of cement production at concentration 5-15% of sediment mass and fed to granulation.
