FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: fuel system of hydrogen internal combustion engine 1 has line to deliver hydrogen into engine intake manifold 2 with variable-section throttle valve 3 installed in hydrogen line. Throttle valve 3 is made in form of two adjustable jets 4 and 5. Fitted in jet 4 is needle 6 coupled with engine speed pickup 7, and fixed seat 8. Jet 5 accommodates movable meter made in form of profiled plunger 9 installed in fixed hole of jet body and coupled with operating mode control member 10. Plunger 9 is installed for engagement with through hole 11 of jet 5. Fuel system has also ignition system with ignition advance control 12 coupled with control member 10.
