SUBSTANCE: boiler plant has boiler with furnace 1 provided with water feed nozzles 7 and gas circulation nozzles 27 uniformly distributed over height of furnace 1, and burner oxidizer feeding pipe 5 connected to oxygen source 17. Plant also has gas outlet duct 2 and precipitator 30, contact apparatus 9 whose pan 10 is connected with water feeding nozzles of furnace, dehumidifier 11 of products of combustion, and carbon dioxide accumulator 12, all arranged in tandem in outlet gas duct along flow of products of combustion. Furnace 1 is provided in addition with ash and slag discharge pipe 40 and pipe 41 for feeding dopes to bind sulfur in products of combustion. EFFECT: improved design. 1 dwg
