SUBSTANCE: system has gas duct 2 connected to heat generator 1 and stack 3; contact heat exchanger 4 and condenser 5 with heating passage 6 is installed in way of gas flow; heating passage 6 is in communication with return pipe line of heat consumer 14 at the inlet; heat consumer 14 is in communication in its turn with condensate receiver 18 brought in communication with spraying device 7 through pump 21; spraying device 7 is arranged in gas duct 2 after condenser 5; system is provided with ejector 22 whose suction branch pipe is brought in communication with gas duct 2; ejector working water supply and discharge branch pipes are brought in communication respectively with condensate receiver 18 and return pipe line of heat consumer 14 through pump 21.
