FIELD: test equipment. SUBSTANCE: method involves determination of investigation zone of structure, pumping out fluid flowing over investigation zone, its sealing, cutting out sample by reformationless method, for instance, by electro-erosion method in two stages. At first stage electrode-tool is introduced into structure within the range of its safety margin until development in cutting zone of stresses σ-1 whose value is equal to σ-1≅ 0.3 σy.s, where σy.s - yield strength. At second stage electrode-tool is extracted from cutting zone and cutting is continued along the same trajectory as at the first stage but in opposite direction until alignment of cutting surfaces formed at first and second stages and separation of sample. Sample collector of the plant is in the form of electro-erosion machine tool whose working members are housed in chamber rigidly connected to attachment gear. Section of chamber designed for conjugating with zone of investigation is open and is provided with packing member. Working members, i. e. electrodes-tools are rigidly secured relative to each other on the same shaft of feeding drive of machine tool for rotation round axis of shaft. Distances between cutting edges of electrodes-tools and axis of shaft are equal to one another. One electrode-tool is in the form of cramp, another one is in the form of rigid plate.
